Our Policy

At Eurasia Decor, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. As a policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items delivered in perfect condition and as per the order placed.

However, we do accept returns in the rare event of the following: An incorrect product was delivered that does not match your order.
 • The product received has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
 • The product is damaged during shipping. (Please do not accept packages that appear tampered with or visibly damaged.)


Reporting a Return

 

If your item is damaged or defective, you must:
 1. Notify us via email at info@eurasiadecor.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
 2. Return the item to us within 7 business days from the date of delivery.

Returns submitted beyond this timeline may not be accepted.


Return Conditions


 • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels, tags, and invoices intact.
 • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
 • We do not accept returns for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, refused deliveries, or packages with 3 failed delivery attempts.


Color & Craft Disclaimer

 

Please note: Slight color variations may occur due to the hand-printed and hand-dyed nature of our products. These are not considered defects but are characteristics of the artisan craftsmanship that make each piece unique.

Eurasia Decor reserves the right to evaluate and approve any return request at its sole discretion.


Order Cancellation

 

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been dispatched.

To cancel an order:
 • Email us at  info@eurasiadecor.com
 • Available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM (excluding public holidays)

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped from our warehouse.


Refunds


 • All eligible refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
 • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
(e.g., credit card payments will be refunded to the same card.)
 • NEFT refunds may take up to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
 • Credit card refunds may appear in your next billing cycle.
