Not as yet. But on request, customers may visit our factory & have a look at samples and place orders.

All our orders are handcrafted and made to order. Our delivery typically takes [7-10 working days] within India.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we have an easy return and exchange policy. Get in touch with our customer care within 7 days and we will initiate the process. However, all products need to be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

A: Yes, we offer customization on gifts given a certain minimum quantity and additional charges depending on the product. 

What materials are used?

We use high quality, ethically sourced and sustainable material for all our products. Our dinnerware is made from high-quality ceramic porcelain, bed and bath with 100% cotton.

How do I track my order?

You will get email and whatsapp updates as soon as the order has been shipped out with the Tracking details and link from where the order can be tracked. You can also visit the website and click on “Track my order” in the Footer.

Can I cancel my order?

Request you to contact customer support within 24 hours of placing the order if you wish for it to be canceled.
