Undamaged
Free from stains, perfume, pet hair, or signs of use
Returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and order details

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:

Used or washed products
Products damaged after delivery
Products without original packaging or order details
Custom-made or personalised products
Clearance, final sale, or discounted items where return restriction is mentioned
Items returned after the return window

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After checking the details, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as applicable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is not available, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed as per the approved return case.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges, COD charges, or handling charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the issue is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
